Le grand Étang

Your holiday home resides in this dignified, recently fully renovated Mansion on the outskirts of the village Saint Saud Lacoussière situated in the Northern part of the “Dordogne�.

The mansion is surrounded by meadows and forests. Next to the mansion you’ll find a little lake called “Le Grand Etang� . Here you can enjoy a nice swim supervised by a lifeguard during summer. In the fishing corner of the lake you can try to catch some Trout.

The Mansion has three floors, the apartment “Cézanne� is situated in the right part of the mansion while apartment “Renoir� is located in the left part of the mansion.

There always is someone around on the estate to make sure your stay will be as pleasant as possible.

The mansion is surrounded with a beautiful garden and lawns were you can enjoy the sun or the shadow at will. For the real hot days you can shelter under a large cover (16M x 16M) or have a swim in the swimming pool on the estate. For the children there is ample space to play around the paddling pool on the swings or play a game of badminton, dart or volleyball.

Under the large cover there is a bar, a TV-room for the children, garden furniture and two large barbecues. It’s a real good live to relax in the evening with a nice glass of beer or wine while the grasshoppers and birds sing their songs.
